Those sound good & very healthy. Yeah, I get the whole several small meals a day thing. But I need things I can hold in one hand & eat quickly between clients at work or when I am running around getting things done at home or out & about. My trail mix was good but I can't enjoy that several times a day. My sandwiches were very good but I don't have time to warm up a meal several times a day at work. I can supplement with made from scratch stuff but if I am going to be this hungry, I need comercially prepared quick snacks that are healthy and tasty without a lot of preservatives.
