Folks - you only speak one language. Understand the difference between "there", "their" and "they're". I know it's confusing sometimes, heck English is the most inconsistent language on the planet, but just say "they are smart" and think "oh.. the contraction of 'they are' is 'they're' - I got it!".
"There" is ONLY used for a place. So if you're tempted to say "there car" - it won't make sense!! As for "their" it's for ownership, therefore "their car" is correct. *takes a deep breath*
