Today was my last day of dance exercize class for a while. Tomorrow is my Friday then I will be off for a week & a day. Heading to the Smokey Moutains for some R&R. I will be on my own for fitness. They have a little gym with a few pieces of equiptment, indoor pool & I will take my dumbells.
