Cardio this evening, 40 min of stairclimber and sprints!
Thought of the Day: Rather than just "showing up" at the gym and going through the motions - go into the gym with a PURPOSE and ATTACK your workouts! Be PASSIONATE about the pursuit of your goals and you will get MUCH faster and greater results! Let's DO this!!
