Oh!! I understand completely. It is awkward, but if you don't have any other means of housing, what can you do?!?! You know?!?! Hopefully it won't come down to that though. Well, that makes sense anyways because you don't really have a reason to take him to court other than wanting money right now for it. So smart play on that one, and that was very nice of him to help you out when you moved.
There's an idea. Maybe talk to him about that. I mean, if he is wanting to get outta there too then it's for the best to sale it. Try that!!
