Day 1 – Legs/Butt/Calves



4 x 15 leg extensions

4 x 15 one leg at a time stationary weighted lunges

superset

4 x 15 narrow stationary high jumps



4 x 15 leg curls

superset

4 x 15 stiff legs

superset

4 x 15 allien squats



4 x 20 wide leg press

superset

4 x 15 wide high jumps



4 x 20 one leg cable butt kick backs

superset

4 x 20 one leg butt press

superset

4 x 20 weighted hypers

superset

4 x 20 one leg butt squat on smith machine


4 x 20 seated calf raises

superset

4 x 20 calf raises on leg press

superset

4 x 50 calf poppers


Cardio-Stair Climber...... set on intervals for 40 min.

Wheeeew....... glad thats over with!
