4 x 20 one leg cable butt kick backs

4 x 20 one leg butt press

4 x 20 weighted hypers

4 x 20 one leg butt squat on smith machine
4 x 20 seated calf raises

4 x 20 calf raises on leg press
superset
4 x 50 calf poppers
Cardio-Stair Climber...... set on intervals for 40 min.
