Soreness has set in following Fridays workout. That's okay, it hurts good. I don't mind that sort of pain and was expecting it. I plan to workout some ore tonight to work out some of it. I'm trying out my new Zumba class tomorrow after work and my new lunch sandwiches that I made this week. If the class works out, my new schedule will be Zumba Mon, Aerobic line dance Tue & Th & weights Wed, Fri & Sun. (I wil be working late on Wed so I won't count on getting anything done that day & Sat will be my day of rest.
The bad news is My motehr-in-law cooked a HUGE dinner tonight for hubby's birthday. No telling how much working out it will take to work that off. :( But Man was it good.

Good thing Birthdays only come once a year!
