Sorry, GM only sold 8,000 Volts so far. They aren't selling because they cost too much. Volt is the right idea at the wrong time. Buy a 40 mpg Cruze as a half price Volt. You would own a Volt for 15 years before you would be money ahead of a Cruze. If I had $45k to spend on a new car, it wouldn't be a Volt.
