Good morning. I am back to owning the great Camaro. I had 1993 black Z28 18 years ago when I was 19. I had a lot of fun with the car. Unfortunately, I traded it in for a Blazer thinking I needed more room and something better for the winters.
Fast forward to 2012 and last weekend I picked up my brand new 2012 Camaro SS2 45th Anniversary Edition in carbon flash. The only option on the car is the sunroof. After a week of driving it, I am impressed. The overall build quality seems better than my last Camaro and, needless to say, has much more performance. My only gripe is the stereo. Thanks to some reading on this forum, I am finding that it will be an easy fix
Oh, and in case anyone was curious, I traded in a 2007 Hyundai Tiburon SE for the Camaro. I liked that car too and feel it was a good bang for the buck, but the Camaro is faster, more comfortable, and had many features my ol Tiburon didn't.
The only thing people think I'm nuts for is driving it during our Wisconsin winter months. I purchased snow tires immediately and we had our first good snow on Wednesday. I thought it handled great. No regrets on my part.
