Hello to all from Montgomery (North of Houston) Tx
Hi to all. Been a member for a few weeks and just now getting around to introducing myslef.
Retired police officer now working for the State of Texas.
Current Camaro vert a 2011 former Budget Rental. 14000 miles on the odo.
First Camaro 1975 LT with a 350 and automatic. I can honestly tell that the Camaro 5 is light years ahead of that one from so many years ago. Have owned 3 Mustang Convertibles and when the Camaro Verts started hitting the used marked scooped one up in Houston.
Other than the top issue (That I have learned we ALL have) I love the car. Traded in a 2002 Corvette and NEVER looked back! The Camaro is far more comfortable than the Vette, but unfortunately gets a little worse fuel mileage, but can be repaired ANYWHERE and not just a Vette Specialty Shop.
Have been enjoying learning about my fellow Camaro Owners joys and problems!
