You can't beat the laws of physics... Above certain speeds the cars will no longer protect the occupants.
True, we do have the "Euro NCAP" safety standards, but seeing all the crash tests from the US model, I think it shouldn't have troubles at all to get the 5-star rating (highest protection possible).
That being said, crash any car at 100mph or more.... and you'll be VERY LUCKY if you walk away.
