What are you installing? Just headers or a complete exhaust?
Also you don't "need" to weld anything. They should come with clamps so they just bolt on, welding is just an option.
With a lift, two people should be able to do a header swap in 2-3 hours at max. Personally I wouldn't pay no more than $200-$300.
