I guess if the Big 12 Commissioner wouldn't have voted down the playoff years ago then they may have had a chance to play.
Isn't it ironic that the SEC Commish proposed a playoff in 2008 after the SEC had already won the 2006 and 2007 BCS NCG..... who knew the SEC would win 4 more in a row.
