Maybe 6 months, but yeah you're not far off. Just depends on how hard I push myself once the negative effects from smoking have dissipated.
2 weeks to 3 months: Your circulation becomes better and breathing improves. It becomes easier to walk.
1 to 9 months: Coughing, sinus congestion, shortness of breath and fatigue decrease and you have more energy.
