If your girl doesnt like sticks, then there is something wrong with her!!! JK.
But on a serious note, if she seriously has a problem with the exhaust sound, and the fact that the car is a manual, then there is something else wrong that she isnt telling you about. To me, looks arent everything, so if I were you, I wouldn't depend on the fact that she's hot. Make the choice that you will ultimately be happy with. Thats JMHO.
To answer your question, I dated a girl that had MANY issues with my car, constantly made jokes, and always gave me hell about it (it was a Sunfire, but I loved the little SOB
). The girl looked DAMN good, so I figured I'd wait it out, and see if things got better... they didnt. More arguements about the car, and other stuff. She left me for a dude with a lifted F-150... ugh.
