LOL.....I know it seems a little ridiculous and extreme but I'm not supposed to eat it on my plan... but I can cheat with this guilt free!

and I like it at night because peanut butter is slow digestion and makes me feel full!! I have tried the suger free smuckers and they are pretty good!
BTW, I really hate the natural peanut butters with the oil at the top of the jar you have to mix!
