Fruits in general are considered a healthy snack but if weight/fat loss is your goal you should limit them. Fruits are full of fructose (simple carb) a natural sugar. Sugars spike your insulin levels and that is unwanted. 1 or 2 servings a day is ok and definately better than snacks with processed sugars.
