Your diet is what you eat, it doesn't necesarilly mean restricting any particular food type. Just as when people say weight loss the term is used loosley, everyone ultimately means fat loss.

So tell me how does this lonely work out work?

Why do people say DIET? look at the first 3 letter DIET = D.I.E, Diet's Don't work. The body needs to stay healthy is Protein, Complex Carbs, Healthy fat's. You should NEVER eat high or low of something. A healthy weight lost a month is 1-4 pounds of fat! key word FAT. If your losing 5-30 pounds a month your losing water weight and muscle which your body needs water and muscle. I know this because I'm a personal trainer with over 15 years of experience working out and 6 years of professional work. Please email for more info, i'll be glad to help out anybody.
All I meant was the foods a person chooses to eat, meaning good choices, your diet could mean a big mac and some fries, but we all know that isn't a good choice..... so for example....whats on your diet today?? I do live an example of a healthy lifesyle and working out and cardio is a part of my daily routine and has been for years,, I'm not a trainer but I do enjoy the chats here in this thread.....and yes I do believe sprints help your abs and its a good start for someone.......
