All benefits are considered part of your hrly. I think they should make some concessions if they still want a job also if they union wants the memebers to have more take home pay I am sure they can reduce their membership dues but I am sure that wont happen. Yes I know some of it goes to pension and health and so on..... but honestly I am not pro or con union. I am for what needs to get the job done.
