6 x 8 wg pump pulldowns – rest 30 seconds
5 x 12 leg extensions

5 x 12 weighted reverse barbell lunge
5 x 15 db narrow squats

5 x 12 one leg high jumps
4 x 12 shoulder width hack squat
superset
4 x 15 narrow weighted high jumps with 5 sec pause at low squat position
4 x 15 pump leg extensions
superset
4 x 15 one leg jumps
superset
4 x 15 close stance hack squat
4 x 15 shoulder stance smith machine squats
superset
4 x 15 switch lunges
superset
4 x 15 wide stance leg press
superset
4 x 15 pop squat
Now get busy!
