and???? If I line up against another car and we both take off at the highest possible potential for both of our cars and police officer sees it and pulls us over, you'd better damn well believe we will get charged with street racing... Just because it's not part of some underground racing circuit doesn't mean it's not street racing. By that same logic Homemade Amateur Pornography isn't Pornography because it doesn't have a proper studio distributor...
Street Racing btw is any form of unsanctioned and illegal motor racing that takes place on, get this, PUBLIC ROADS....

I'd agree with this, I think it's hilarious that people drink and drive, I mean I just cannot fathom that someone could be so incredibly stupid. I for one know, hey I drive a 400 Horsepower Camaro hmm maybe it's not a good idea to drive when I'm drunk... Okay I'll wait and sober up. So whenever I hear that people have been drinking and driving and killed someone I'm just floored. It's sad that they had to die yes I will not deny this but for the reason they died that is not sad. These people are lucky they didn't kill anyone else... My deepest condolences go out to the family and friends of those involved....
