Oh yea... Forgot to put this in I have some rooms like storage rooms. They said they needed some place to put stuff. And asked me if I would be willing to rent them one. I said ok well Ill let you have it for 25 a month. ( which I thought was cheap.) When she came down to bring me the key and said all that other stuff she said that she thought it was sh!tty that I was charging them for the storage room that I should let them have it for nothing. I couldn't believe that. Why do people think I owe them something all the time. I dont get it. I do try to help people out. and my wife tells me I let people walk over me. I try to be nice but it just doesn't pay to be nice.

I hear you on that last part. This applies to EVERYTHING in life, and I hate it.
