That would be awesome of you. I don't know a rescue group that couldn't use more foster homes.
I adopted my German Shepherd from a rescue group. I didn't understand how his foster mom could give him up, but she told me that she was so excited to know that I'd have him forever, and that she could then take in another one to help. It's sad to see them go, but very rewarding to be able to help them find their forever homes. And we get lots of love and hugs and fun from them along the way.
While the fosters are here, they are family...this is Lewis laying on top of our Zeus who is in turn laying on top of my Kevin.

Usually Lewis gets the spot right on Kevin's lap.
