We are at ~$1.00/L so thats ~$3.75/gal or so, so there isn't much sympathy from me either when you complain about $0.70/L. Other things to do, besides trading in the truck if you do in fact need it, is to do some maintance items like properly inflating the tires. Also, driving in a more efficeint manner will help too. The most efficient way to drive is stay at the speed limit, don't stomp on the gas when accelerating, and make minimal use of the brakes. Basically, don't rush. There are a bunch of other tips out there too.
