signing the ticket is NOT an admission of guilt,, it is only stating that you are in RECEIPT of the citation..and his statement is also not carte blanche that what he said is true.. you have a right to your day in court.(your side of the incident) fight the ticket, make a deal with the ADA. and its all about $$$$ , not points or taking license,,
