I got pulled over about an hour ago, for speeding. 95mph in a 65mph zone. Cop says i will be deducted 12 points. But in the ticket, it does not show how fast i was going, he said i was doing 95, but if there is no proof, can i fight it somehow? I mean, if he didnt catch me with the radar, there is no proof i was going that fast right? Is there anything i can do about this? I checked the dmv website, and for my state, New Mexico, it says if you get 12 points in a year they might revoke your license, and im a used car salesman, so i need my license for my job. you can bet the ranch he's got you on radar!..if you challenge it,he will produce the "locked" speed..count on this!.challenge it anyway!.maybe he got "stupid" and did NOT lock you up!..ya can't win if ya don't play!..just sayin'
