You signed the ticket where it is written out that he clocked you at 95 and you replied "I know". I think you have no leg to stand on unless he specifically HAS to fill in that space where it asks for speed and posted limit on the ticket for it to be valid in court. Call a lawyer for a consult. It may be money well spent to see if you have a case.
