I'm fortunate to work for a good company. It's privately owned and the owner gives annual bonuses based on that years profit margin. He said he's already made enough to last him and his family a lifetime so he enjoys sharing the wealth with the employees who make everything possible. He's a great guy. |
Thats cool you have a boss that is that appreciative! I get frustrated sometimes but its all in being self employed I guess. I love it at times and hate it also.Some days I wish I was an hourly employee somewhere with no responsability and then on other days I love my job
