They called me a million times too. I don't generally answer my phone if I don't know the number, or if it appears to be a sales call. It's so annoying when they do that!!

A friend of mine just had the same issues with XM charging her automatically. That bugs me. I renewed because they gave me a deal and I love my XM, but if they start pulling this crap on me, I won't be happy and WON'T be a customer!!
