I believe that 2nd vette is more than just bolt on's. I hear a good bit of lope.

Actually the fast list for an all-stock Z06 on drag radials is 10.74, with multiple other folks cracking 10s on a Z06 with drag radials. The fastest recorded Z06 bone-stock down to the tires was 10.98.
That said, there is no reason why a ZR1 Vette wouldn't be deep deep into the 10s since the Z06 has cracked high 10s.
