They weren't calling SRT a model though. They said that the Viper would be an SRT model, meaning that SRT is the make, Viper is the model.

It would count towards the CAFE score of Chrysler Group LLC, which includes Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and SRT. I'm not sure if Fiat is specifically included there, or if Fiat lumped in with Ferrari and Maserati under Fiat S.p.A. (which might also be bundled together with the Chrysler Group as far as CAFE goes)
