Ok Sorry for all that but I kinda wanted to explain where I had been from.

Matt had to baby sit so I was on my own tonight

I decided to changed the passenger side header gasket...We changed the drivers side the night before.
I will say this is a PITA....my biggest fear in doing this was breaking the header bolts off in the aluminum heads. Since I had this fear I am unsure if they are really tight but Matt can check that later.......
The way this thing is set up you have to remove the valve covers, spark plus wire retaining system plus the PCV valve and hoses.
It took me a little over an hour to get this done. While I had the valve covers off I cenaed then up and shined the chrome.....It is sickening at the amount of scratches in the motor chrome....just sickening.
I also did a little research on the whole rear end thing and found out that when you lower this truck that it puches the rear end rearward, thus the rear wheels are not centered in the rear fender. Cosmetically looks wrong/bad.
Then man I talked with said that EVERYBODY know this and it should have been taken care of when it was built.........Now I had the trailing arms boxed for strength which will make this a real PITA to fix........The trailing arms have to be shortened.
So I am looking at buying a junkyard set , cutting then down, boxing them and then re-painting them......Same thing with the front spindles....Since the spindle was stripped I would feel more confident in replacing them than just trying to re-thread them.
Matt made one ground cable and has to make two more and we will install them once he gets them made. This should clear up the cranking and running issues......HOPEFULLY
