I had the free trial subscription. It ended about 2 months ago, but someone called asking if I want to join right before it ended. I said no. They said they can send me an invoice for a reduced rate. I told him I don't want the invoice because I won't be joining. I drive the car maybe 15 miles a week - so paying for a service would be ridiculous.
I get a freaking bill today showing I owed 179.85!!! For what?! It's been off in my car since the end of the trial. Then the company wonders why they end up getting a class action law suit against them. It always eventually happens when they pull BS like this.
I'm glad I didn't give XM and Onstar my cc when they first asked me for it when I got the car.
On the phone and placed on hold for the third time - but they seem like they are going to remove. Why pull stupidity like this in the first place?
Just to get angry callers taking up the customers service time when they can be actually helping someone who has the service or wants to get the service.
