Give Sherman ONE year in the SEC, then go out and hire a SEC coach if things did not work. Ags recruiting has been hurt with this move and now with a new Coach and staff also!
Ag land always seems to think the answers are in past Aggie staff.......time to think outside of the box Ags if you want to get to the next level!

MORE disappointing......not possible after this season...
...no hype this coming year, new head coach, maybe a new staff, not near as many returning starters, new to the SEC West.
With what I've been reading the last few days recruiting is as good as it ever was. I still believe that being the only Texas school in the SEC will be a bonus but we'll have to wait until next years class to see how recruiting plays out.
As far as the AD always looking at fromer Aggies for coaches yeah, that is true, but at least Coach Sumlin was also the OC for Bob Stoops at OU for a few years. He can recruit Texas, has for years, so we will see what he can do I guess. I was hoping they could pull Gary Patterson from TCU

or Kirby Smart, the Alabama DC.
With all the changes so far, and the ones probably still coming (Assisstant coaches), I'll be impressed if the Aggies finish 5th in the SEC West next year.
