I have not checked in here for a while! It shows i originally lost 8 pounds but that diet went out the window lol I started my new diet and this time I am committed. I started on October 30, the day before Halloween. In a little over a month, weighing in this morning I am down 29 pounds! I am so proud of myself and I feel better. My goal by the end of this year is to lose 40, it will be close. My overall goal is to lose about 80 by summer.
Here is a question I have: I wake up rotating from 9am and 11am depending on the days and I have breakfast. But recently I have not been hungry and I will eat a small dinner around 6pm. Thats it, how is this for me only eating those two times a day? When I dont feel hungry throughout the day, I dont feel as though I should eat.
