It's been planned for a while, and most has been bought and gifted already. Never really have any formal present openings anymore. And last time I bought her anything spa or gift card related she never used it.
She just doesn't want me 'buying frivolous things when you need to pay down student debt!'
I just shut up and 'yes ma'am' her to dive out of the line of fire!
