Okay! Ummm lets see....The Camaro starts off slow...because it feels like it.
Challenger and Mustang are WAY ahead. Then, the Challenger runs out of gas.
but the people on site ready to push it aren't close enough to help it win.
Not to worry! The damn thing is so big, and low - it's truck-like momentum keeps it going for a little while longer.
The Mustang is in the lead however, and it confidently races ahead ready to cross the finish line. Untill - like all Fords (j/k) it rusts into oblivion within seconds.
The Camaro passes the Challenger at 40mph...engine at ~6000rpms! Because the LSx can withstand days of non-stop near redlining without even breaking a sweat. It manages to get past the finish line...but in second place - because a piece of Mustang dust was blown across the line...and the Judges counted it.
See!! my story fits! That pic shows the Challenger gas-less trying to get to it's pushers, and the Mustang disintigrating as it hits the Challenger!
