Alabama is 32% but 2% wont hurt anybody. Also 25% is darker than 30%. I also have my taillights,sidemarkers and reverse lights at 30% but I have no idea if thats legal or not though.

Nah i can see just fine at night out all my windows. The front window is not tinted but all the others are and never had a problem.
