I'm on the fence for a mobile site... an app would have to be created for multiple platforms and then the overhead of maintenance...then adds might be introduced to cover that maintenance cost. Tapatalk is fine by me, or just use your browser on your phone/tablet. So...I'm not on the fence anymore...the current avenues are fine so long as they stay working good and add free (banners at the top are fine). I hate other forums, and don't go to them anymore because there are posts within threads that are simply adds...WAY tacky.
