Car and Driver has shown two different covers for their April issue, and on the second cover (scroll down) it says something about a 0-60 time for a 'Hemi Powered Street Rod' which may or may not be referencing the Challenger... but it certainly looks like it doesn't it?

I think its for some custom Hemi car, not the Challenger. There's no way a car that heavy can do 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. You're talking ultra exotic car 0-60 numbers there.
