I tried dying my hair myself for awhile - it faded so fast and fried my hair, so I decided it was worth the $ to get it done professionally. My goddaughter works for the top salon in Seattle, has a real talent for color, and gives me a discount, so its win win win all around. Plus I get to see her more often! Another win!
