Well, yes and no. A post-ban is legal if your a type 2 man, or type 3/7 SOT dealer with a demo letter and even then it is not transferable so I guess not. Only a form 3 or 4 mg would be easily attainable for a civilian like most of the other states so I amend my previous statement!
