that happened with me and PQ..... I'd seen face shots of him.... but I didn't recognize him at the fest.... I didn't know I had to look down that low

titanium and a 300 series stainless steel is non magnetic and will not rust
a 400 series SS will rust over time, its cheaper and is magnetic due to the high iron content...... its not supposed to be used in pro kitchens, surgical stuff etc
