Both of my dogs LOVE going to the doctor. I think it's because I started right off the bat by giving them treats and saying "Let's go to the doctor!" in a really sing-song voice when they were puppies (and continue to do it). And when they go there to be boarded while we go on vacations, I tell them they get to go to camp!
They practically drag me into the waiting room, and put their paws up on the counter to say hi to the receptionist every time
