Basically there are three engine suppliers, Hendricks, Roush/Yates, TRD/JGR ... The only stand alone teams are DEI/Ganassi and Penske. The only point I was making was the manufactures are still involved. Everything else NASCAR has developed and made templates for the teams to follow.
