i recently set out to buy a manual car, i was helped here finding the correct web-sites to go to, but then when i had found the car i liked like a ton of bricks it hit me...isnt the camaro getting those "pull the trigger" type shifters? until i learn if this is true or not i'll put it off...

2. another's about my car..i went to get a tune up recently and asking the mechanic there i asked "hey man, my car's reaching 100,000 miles, when do you think i should change my transmission oil?"
he replies: seriously man i think the time's passed, you should wait until you have real trouble with it, and just wait til it dies...

now i ask..is this true? must i wait until my trans dies and get another? will nothing help me? i dont really wanna drag away from my camaro funds =/
