No offense, chief, but you shouldn't be talking smack on V8 domestics if you're only running stock twins. My T63 car has had it's ass handed to it by a heavily modded SVT Lightning, and had a modded Cobra run door-to-door with it from 40 to...enough.
Any supercharged LS1, Shelby GT500, '03 Cobra, C6 Z06 or CTS-V is more than you want to mess with, and even a bone stock GTO or SRT-8 is going to be match for you on pump.
It's not 1998 anymore. 400+ rwhp domestics fall out of trees. You live in Texas; you should know this. If not, you'll find out soon enough.
