50 mL milk orally is a possible treatment for the localized condition. IV milk would lead to more systemic side effects and a lower concentration at the problem site.

well, with the nasal congestion I'm currently suffering, I believe I have periorbital Captaincrinchiness... so, surgical intervention may be needed... I keep seeing waves in my preipheral vision...
