50 mL milk orally is a possible treatment for the localized condition. IV milk would lead to more systemic side effects and a lower concentration at the problem site.
But I'm going to have to recommend we proceed surgically, so we can visualize the causative agent and correct the problem. Or we can let BadgeBunny perform the heimlich maneuver.
