GM is already in bankruptcy they just arn't saying anything about it. All the paper work is being done now I'm sure so that when they file by June 1st it progresses as fast as possible.
If they have any brains left it will be Chevy and Cadillac with a few select models from other brands (G8, Solstice/Sky, Astra and perhaps some future Opal/Vauxhall's like the Insignia and so forth).
